“We were lost as to what to do about our son …… Kerri was able to answer our questions and we had many of those.”

Kerri has helped so much with the understanding of ASD and behaviours children present with.

We were lost as to what to do about our son. Family and friends just saw him as a naughty child but we knew there was more. Kerri was able to answer our questions and we had many of those.

With Kerri’s help and guidance and a lot of trial and error we are starting to see a fantastic change.

Thank you Kerri, you were meant to be a healer of children. God Bless you.

“With the help of Kerri’s books and newsletters I am beginning to understand how my daughter is feeling and why she feels the way she does.

Hi my name is Dianne Turner,

I have a 13 year old daughter who has just been recently been diagnosed with ASD.

I had been taking her to doctors and psychologists to try and help her, only to find that things actually got worse.

I was speaking to a friend at work who mentioned ASD, so I came home and quickly hopped on the computer to find any information I could.

I came across Kerri’s web site WotsNormal.com and what a breath of fresh air considering most web sites just seem to focus on the symptoms. Kerri actually gives you the tools on how to live with a child that is ASD! She makes it easy to understand how my child is actually feeling.

I had no idea how to help my child as she is always telling me that I don’t understand her.  I purchased the “Rules of the Game” series and “A Parents Guide to Living with ASD” - books that are very well written and easy to understand.

With the help of Kerri’s books and newsletters I am beginning to understand how my daughter is feeling and why she feels the way she does.

I can’t express in words how good it feels to finally be able to relate to my own daughter.

I use WotsNormal resources on all my children regardless of label or personality.

Kerri has a unique talent of being able to understand life from a child’s perspective and assists us parents in being able to identify the facts and connect with our children.

Thank you Kerri – job well done.

“I feel that your books although originally designed for parents with Autism answer many questions that I have with my own two children (3yo & 2yo) who have no added behavioural/mental challenges”

Dear Kerri,

I am writing to say how refreshing it is to come across a person who is able to have an idea and create a parental philosophy that makes complete sense and is easy to understand. As I read the books I can see how much common sense is involved and as parents with all the media, information and advice that is out there, we have lost the ability to take control of our own emotions and be the parent we want to be.

I feel that your books although originally designed for parents with Autism answer many questions that I have with my own two children (3yo & 2yo) who have no added behavioural/mental challenges – from choosing my reactions to the child’s behaviour to exercises and activities that help me bring the best out of my children.

Thank you for offering a down to earth and honest alternative to the many publications that are already on offer.

I have no hesitation in recommending your books and services, well done!

Yours sincerely

Dear Sir/Madam,

It is with pleasure that I am able to provide positive information in regard to Kerri Stocks and her business.

Kerri has shown a tremendous amount of initiative, courage and creativity in developing a business that is designed to fill a much needed void in a very difficult and emotional area for a growing number of people and families.

Despite the daily challenges within her own family, she has developed this business from a practical perspective blended with her own personal experiences. Kerri is an extremely passionate person who is unselfishly sharing her own experiences and using her creative skills to produce a people friendly range of resources that are captivating, educational and interesting for families supporting family members with Aspergers syndrome and Autistic Spectrum Disorder.

I have had the opportunity to see some of her resources and share them with families that I work with in my role as a Facilitator with Disability Services Family Support Program. The response from these families has been very positive and they comment on the insight and learning that Kerri’s resources contain. Kerri’s warm and engaging personality is an attribute that makes her an ideal person to communicate with people in the same or similar situation to herself. Her presentations are fun learning and educational experiences for her audiences.

I believe that Kerri has the commitment and determination to succeed with her business despite the challenges that she has that many others don’t face when developing a business.

Yours sincerely,

Gerald Wyatt,

“…You have a unique ability to get inside the minds of these special people and be their voice…”

“I really need to say that I have very much enjoyed your newsletters and the book which I have read.

You have a unique ability to get inside the minds of these special people and be their voice.

This is a great help the average parent who struggles to understand what is happening inside their heads.

Understanding this leads to greater patience and tolerance.

Outlining your personal experiences with the school system also helps parents to realize they are not alone in this confusing world nor are their children as terrible as they can appear.

With patience and work there is hope.

Thank you for being a pioneer in this area.

I would recommend your books and newsletters to anyone looking for help in this area.”

“…Children with Spectrum Disorders often struggle in finding a way to be understood…”

“As a social worker and therapist who has worked with children for over 17 years, I was thrilled to see a resource that will help children navigate the complexity of communication and social interaction.

Children with Spectrum Disorders often struggle in finding a way to be understood and to understand how to fit into the world around them.

“Rules of the Game” is a wonderfully crafted tool for parents and other care givers to utilize in helping children communicate their needs, understand social cues, and help the world understand them.”
